RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT, 2005 The Right to Information Act 2005 replaces Freedom of Information Act. It has come into effect from 21st June 2005. It will apply to all the Public Sector Banks constituted by the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970. The Bank is complying with the provisions of the said Act.
